Donating online has become a normal occurrence in today's society, but many individuals may have questions they need answered before they commit. That is where we want to help! Below are some of the most Frequently Asked Questions from individuals weighing their options before donating online. If you don't see your question below, please send us yours via email.

Q: Is it safe to give online?

A: Yes. We use reputable third parties to process all our online giving who have high levels of industry appropriate security measures in place to keep your information

safe.

Q: What type of bank accounts can I give from?

A: Donations can be made through your checking or savings account.

Q: Can I make a donation with a credit or debit card?

A: Yes. You can use a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or debit card to make an online donation. Debit cards not associated with one of the major credit card

companies listed cannot be accepted online at this time.

Q: Are there any fees involved with online giving?

A: There are fees associated with online giving but they are not passed along to our donors. You will not pay any fees when you make an online donation.

Q: Can I make a one-time donation?

A: Yes. You are able to make a one-time donation through our online giving system.

Q: Can I schedule reoccurring donations?

A: Yes.

Q: Can I make changes to a reoccurring donation once it has been set-up?

A: Yes. After creating an online account, you will be able to log in and make changes to a reoccurring donation.

Q: Can I review my giving history online?

A: Yes. After creating an online giving account, you will be able to view your giving history.

Q: Will I receive a donation statement from the church?

A: Yes. You will receive a year-end donation statement from the church at the beginning of the following calendar year.

Q: When will my donation be drafted from my account?

A: Depending on the financial institution, your donation will likely be drafted from your account in 1 – 4 business days.

Q: Can I designate my donation to a particular cause?

A: Yes. You can designate your donation to Tithe/Offerings, the Impact Project Funds, Building Fund, or to our Ministry Partners.

Q: How will I know that I set up my donation correctly?

A: After hitting the “donate” button, you will be directed to a confirmation screen. Shortly after your donation, you will also receive a confirmation email.

Q: Does it matter which web browser I use?

A: No. Our online giving works on all web browsers.

Q: Is my donation tax deductible?

A: Yes. All donations to Tithe/Offerings, the Impact Project Funds, Building Fund, or to one of our Ministry Partners are tax deductible.

Q: Is there a minimum donation amount?

A: Yes, the minimum donation amount is $10.

Q: Are there other ways to make a donation?

A: Yes. Checks and cash can be given during our weekend services or a check can be mailed to the church office at the following address:
