IMPACT PROJECTS 2017

At City Hill Church, part of our vision is where each member does their part to bring Christ to the world, as it says in Acts 1:8

"But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”

The following is the list of designated projects we plan to accomplish & ministries with whom we will partner with over the next twelve months {March 2017 - February 2018}. These projects couldn't happen wtihout the financial support of City Hill Church. If you would like to contribute to these projects, click here to learn more.

Funds will go toward new gifts, door prizes, kids’ entertainment, & food. Registrations is currently closed and will open in late Fall 2017. However, if you'd like to support outreach by your donations of new toys for all ages and gifts for parents/guardians, feel free to contact Angie Ullrich via email.

Community Garden // Summer 2017- We will use the garden on the church property to bless people in need with fresh produce. This will be accomplished by partnering with Arrive Ministries. We'll supply hundreds of eggs filled with candy and the gospel for children to hunt and gather. At this event, we will openly find ways to share the gospel of Jesus to everyone attending. Our large property is a perfect setting for this event.

Servant Evangelism Opportunities - The average Christ-follower is willing to hand a stranger a can of cold Coke on a hot day (low risk). Kindness builds the bridge for the person to receive a touch of love from God. It’s simple, practical, effective, inexpensive and fun! At different times throughout the year, we will offer opportunities to share the love of Christ in practical ways.

Storehouse Funds - We want to create a storehouse of funds for new outreach ideas & opportunities that staff or members propose. If you have an idea you'd like to have considered, please contact Kurt Ullrich via email.

Talent Challenge - This Challenge is taken from the Parable of the Talents in Matthew 25:14-30. In this parable, we are reminded that God has given all of us spiritual and natural resources to use for His kingdom. We are challenged to use the resources and creativity God has imparted to us to gain more souls for the Lord. Will you do that? The challenge is simple, will you spend $100 to fund your own gospel outreach in your community? It’s called a “micro-outreach” because it involves about 1-5 people for a budget of about $100. Funds will go toward supporting individuals & groups to take on the challenge. Learn more at www.talentchallenge.com.
