Gary & Stella Gilbertson

Prepare Ministries

Gary & Stella have Pastored for 22 years at New Covenant Church {now City Light Church} in Northfield, MN. Following their time there the Lord clearly led them to begin a ministry centered on college campuses, Prepare Ministries. For the past 13 years they have had the privilege of ministering on a number of campuses and helping lead a staff of full time and volunteer campus missionaries.

They are currently considering the possibilities of beginning a work in Taiwan with one of the first students they ministered with 15 years ago. God is good and they are very thankful to be part of His big end time plan.

Bob & Barb Lidfors

Bread of Life Ministries

Bob & Barb have been serving in Germany since 1982. In 1985 they started a church and Bob led it until 1992. At that time Bob turned it over to his German associate pastor and started an evening and weekend Bible school for adults in that region. It was designed to enable local folks to get Biblical teaching and training for ministry while they continued their occupation. This school continued until 2009. During those years Bob developed relationships with two church planters in India and one in Uganda. All three of these men are also involved in humanitarian and development projects in their countries – particularly, orphanages, schools and hospitals. Since the Bible school ended, Bob's main emphasis has shifted to helping support these projects and encouraging and supporting these men through regular visits and training for their co-workers.

Bob & Barb's vision for the future of their ministry is primarily a continuation and expansion of their involvement in India, Uganda and additional developing countries. A significant part of this vision is involving Germans and Americans in these projects as much as possible. This has already taken place many times and has brought beneficial results to the projects and to the individuals who have been

involved in them. They anticipate this increasing in the coming years.

Charlie & Karen Oglesby

New Mercies Ministries

Charlie & Karen love leading teams and mobilizing the body of Christ both here and abroad. They met each other and became friends while serving in college campus ministry. God first stirred Karen’s heart for post-crisis nations more than a decade ago during trips to East Timor and Sierra Leone, two nations who were just emerging from brutal civil war. As she served and studied post-war relief and development in these broken places, God began to reveal the beginnings of what would eventually become New Mercies Ministries. Founded in 2006, New Mercies endeavors to bring the message of Christ’s passion to hurting, hungry, hardened, and hopeless people in post-crisis nations through sustainable relief and development projects in cooperation with local churches and organizations. They have served in six different post-crisis settings in addition to several other nations across the globe. They have three children; Kaitlin and twins Claire and Eliza.

We are currently based in Minnesota with a focus on the nation of Rwanda and our signature project; a community of homes for orphaned and abandoned children.
