The Impact Conference kicks off a year-long cycle where we support projects locally, regionally and globally. Commit to giving financially, to pray, join a serve team working on the projects, or sign up for an international short-term mission trip!
What are my Impact Commitments?
You have the privilege of being personally financially involved in what God is doing through City Hill Church to fulfill Acts 1:8b
and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth. - Acts 1:8b
Giving finances to the Impact Projects so that others may come to know Jesus
Going to share your faith and serve those in need through the Local Projects and Short-Term Mission Trips.
Why are my Impact Commitments important?
We are called to reach out to those who don’t know Jesus. God continues to release vision and strategy for how we can more effectively reach the lost. Your prayerful commitment to give and to go makes these visions a reality.
How do I make an Impact Fund Commitment?
Pray and ask God to speak to you. When He tells you the amount of finances to pledge, you may make a one-time contribution or give monthly contributions over the next 12 months {October - September}. As opportunities to serve those in need and share the Gospel {Local Projects} become available at City Hill, please sign up as God directs you! Application for Short-Term Mission Trips are available by contacting the church office.

Central Asia - $3,000
Support multiple ministry initiatives in Central Asia. Purchase new saddles and another horse to be used for horseback riding adventures as a ministry opportunity to locals. Purchase a new fire alarm system for the English school.

Prepare Ministries - $3,000
Translate the Draw Thru the New Testament curriculum into Arabic. This is the sequel to the successful Draw Thru the Bible curriculum that Gary has created, and which has already been translated and used as a ministry resource overseas. This second installment covers the New Testament and presents deep theological truths in an interactive, approachable format.
Record Gary’s Bible teachings (adult and children’s teachings) to video so they can be shared and distributed online. Funds will pay for video recording and editing for this significant project.

Wycliffe Bible Translation - $3,000
Support scripture engagement in the Kumyk language. Promote translated scriptures and related materials (including the Jesus film) through websites, phone apps, and social media platforms.

Taiwan - $3,000
Fund evangelistic freestyle basketball street performances in Taiwan. These shows will be used as an open door to invite those interested to meetings exploring who Jesus is, in a format accessible to those outside of the church. Funds will purchase freestyle performance materials, rent out performance and meeting venues, and provide food at Bible studies.

YWAM | Minneapolis - $3,000
Purchase supplies for the LifeRice packing event at City Hill. Children and adults will volunteer at this hands-on opportunity to pack nutritious meals for those in need. The meals packed will provide for those facing food shortages in war-torn Ukraine.

New Mercies Ministries - $3,000
Provide vocational training for teen mothers in Rwanda. Over several months, these mothers will receive Christ-focused vocational and business training at Faith Village, providing them a means to earn a living and move forward after suffering as the victims of gender-based violence.

CRU | Twin Cities - $3,000
Purchase 150 drinking water filters, giving families the gift of life-giving, clean, and safe drinking water for years. Filters will be sent on the upcoming short-term trip with Filter of Hope in January, where they will be paired with a gospel presentation to minister to families in Costa Rica.

Printing costs for over 1000 evangelistic and discipleship booklets for Charis students to use as a resource for outreach.

The Impact Conference is going to be split into two parts. A Global focus will take place the weekend of March 4-6, and a Local focus will take place on the weekend of October 15-16. Please save the dates and join us for a huge all-church service project day we’re calling SERVE DAY, which will take place on Saturday, October 15. Here are some of the many local outreach projects we are focusing on over the next 12 months:
